We looked at how the world makes insulated fire glass, then found Singapore had no maker.

After searching the rest of the world, we saw a clear market for fire-insulated glass in Singapore. Projects imported it and waited. Many people in the trade did not know what it was, or who could make it. We came in as specialists to produce it locally, and to do it strictly by SCDF's rules.
